Shahrah-e-Darul Uloom is a dual carriageway with 3 lanes on either side of variable width separated by a 12 m wide earthen median. The length of this Road is 11.7 km and is passing through Korangi Industrial Area with heavy industries on both sides This road starts from Jam Sadiq Bridge and ends at Dawood Chowrangi near Quaidabad Railway Overhead Bridge. The aim and objective of this Road is to provide dedicated linkage between Karachi Port and Port Qasim via Mehran Highway through Dawood Chowrangi. Thus the movement of heavy vehicles, especially freight traffic between the two ports shall be greatly facilitated by this road through Korangi Industrial Area.


Services provided are included surveys, soil and sub-soil investigation, traffic surveys and analysis, preliminary engineering, feasibility, detailed engineering, bill of quantities, cost estimates, contract documents PC-I etc. Detailed construction Supervision included Quality control, Measurement of works, Certification for payments, and Issuance of completion certificates etc.
