Communication and Works Department, Government of Balochistan appointed A.A. Associates and Loya Associates (Joint-Venture Equal Basis) to plan and design and provide construction supervision of Basima Nag Road 100 km long connects towns of Basima and Nag in district Kharan of Balochistan.

Basima Nag Road is a 100 km long new road which connects town of Basima with Nag in District Kharan Balochistan Basima is 100 km from Surab on RCD Highway and Nag is about 100 km in east of Panjgaur. The roadway constructed is a 3.70 m wide asphalted travel way with 2.00 m wide earthen shoulder with bridges, culverts and protection works. 5 Nos. bridges on rivers were also design. This project has been constructed under Japanese assistance programme (OECF) through ministry of local government and Rural Development Islamabad, (MLGRD) by Communication and Works Department, Government of Balochistan.

The services provided includes planning, design, preparation of tender documents, evaluation of bids, PC-I, cost estimate etc. construction supervision, quality control, verification of payments, assistance to client in matters of design, contract administration and quality control.
